The LNA Academy is the educational and training arm of the Lebanese National Alliance. Its mission is to build a powerful cadre of principled, informed, and skilled change leaders who are capable of transforming Lebanese society and reforming its failing political and administrative systems.
Through workshops, mentoring, and structured programs, the Academy empowers members with the tools to lead—from the street to the syndicate, from municipalities to parliament.

How It Works
The LNA Academy offers structured modules and practical training in:
• Leadership Tracks: Year-long certification programs for future candidates, municipal leaders, and public servants.
• Short Courses & Bootcamps: Intense training weekends or 4–6 week thematic sessions.
• Mentorship & Peer Learning: Members connect with experienced reformers and work in teams to solve real-world challenges.
• Online & Hybrid Access: Global Lebanese members can participate virtually.
